LEATHER CARE

  • Keep your leather dry and clean. Never leave leather in direct sunlight as it will dry the leather. Never leave leather wet or damp as it will rot the leather.

  • Take your bridle completely apart for a thorough clean, regularly.

  • While oiling is important, be careful not to over hydrate, as leather that is too moist can and will stretch.

  • Be cautious of over oiling or conditioning reins as they can become slippery, oil will ruin the rubber grip reins so avoid oil on here completely.

  • Use good quality leather cleaning products and conditioners. Quality matters. Never use household cleaning products that contain harsh chemicals, these will damage the leather.
